Application of self recovery fuse in soybean milk machine

There are many ways to protect the small motor of the soybean milk machine. In the past, the bimetal thermostat was often used for protection. The circuit of the small motor coil temperature rises and the circuit is turned on again. If the power supply is not cut off, the motor will continue to be energized. Work, that's why the finger is knocked out. In order to save costs, manufacturers now use aluminum wire or copper-clad aluminum wire. When the motor is overloaded or gambling, the temperature rises faster than the temperature induced by the bimetal thermostat. It is possible that the motor has burned out. The thermostat has not been protected yet, that is to say, the bimetal thermostat is too slow, and the small motor has burned out before it can be protected. In view of this, we recommend using self-recovery fuses to protect small motors, which can protect the temperature and current higher than the design limit at the same time. The speed of sensing temperature and current changes is much faster than bimetal thermostats. When the temperature and current of the small motor are higher than the designed temperature and current, the protection will be activated immediately to limit the current of the circuit to achieve the protection purpose. Only when the power supply is cut off or the fault is repaired, it will automatically recover. Uninterrupted power will not recover. This solves the potential hazard problem of knocking off the fingers, while accurately protecting the electrical equipment. This application scheme is better than other current methods, as long as one component is connected in series with the coil or power line of a small motor.
